We represent debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy and district courts.
Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights
We evaluate distressed financial situations with a focus on minimizing loss and maximizing recovery for our clients while minimizing our clients’ legal costs. We represent a variety of clients including companies facing insolvency or bankruptcy, secured and unsecured lenders, trade creditors, and landlords.

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry as an attorney and trustee, Yann has served a variety of clients and interests in bankruptcies, bankruptcy litigations, out-of-court restructurings, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. Yann is also a court-approved mediator in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
