How do I access the Zoom 341 meeting?

To access your meeting, go to Zoom.us/join, Enter Meeting ID 522 740 9824, and Passcode 0430326134.

Can I dial into my Zoom 341 meeting by telephone?

No. Debtors must appear on video during their 341 meeting and cannot simply dial in to participate by phone. If for any reason a debtor cannot appear on video, their 341 meeting will be rescheduled.

Is there technical assistance available during my 341 meeting?

No. Debtors must familiarize themselves with using Zoom before their meeting. If any technical assistance is required that prevents a Debtor from participating in their meeting, their meeting will be rescheduled.

Do I have access to a translator during my meeting?

Yes. All Debtors that require a translator can tell the Trustee at the beginning of the 341 calendar for each hour (i.e. 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., etc.). For efficiency, the Trustee will call cases that require translation consecutively. At no point will the Trustee deny you your right to a translator.

I cannot attend my meeting on the date that I was assigned. What do I do?

As soon as you determine that you cannot attend your 341 meeting date that is listed on your 341 Notice, contact Alexis Dreher, the Trustee’s paralegal, at adreher@geronlegaladvisors.com and she will provide you with an alternate date. If you fail to contact the Trustee to reschedule your meeting and you are absent with no explanation, your case may be dismissed.

What documents should I provide to the Trustee?

No less than 14 days prior to the 341 meeting, Debtor(s) must upload all required documents listed below to the Axos Secure Browser that you received in your initial email at the email address you provided at the time of filing.

  • All signed signature pages from the petition, schedules, and means test form.
  • A copy of a valid (i) photo identification, (ii) Social Security card, and (iii) Declaration Regarding Administration of Oath and Confirmation of Identity and Social Security Number.
  • If the debtor owns real property, (i) a copy of the title, (ii) broker's price opinion letter or recent appraisal, and (iii) mortgage payoff letter for each property.
  • If the debtor owns vehicle(s), (i) a Kelley Blue Book or NADA car valuation, and (ii) payoff letter for each vehicle.
  • If the debtor has a domestic support obligation, provide the name, address, and phone number of the creditor owed the domestic support.
  • Payment advices or other evidence of current income for the 60 days prior to filing.  If the debtor is self-employed, provide copies of operating reports.  If no payment advice is available, provide a sworn affidavit in explanation.
  • Federal and State Tax Returns for the two years prior to filing.
  • Information relating to any personal lawsuits, including, but not limited to, personal injury, medical malpractice or discrimination

I do not have the website information for the Axos browser where documents for the Trustee are uploaded. Should I email the documents to the Trustee’s paralegal?

No. The Trustee does not accept personal documentation by email and will not review any documents received by email. Please upload documents for your 341 meeting to: https://documentdelivery.axosfs.com

My login information for the Axos browser is not working. Should I contact the Trustee to troubleshoot this for me?

No. The Axos browser is a website run by a secure vendor that the Trustee employs. The Trustee cannot assist with any issues relating to the browser. If you have trouble logging in or uploading documents, please contact Axos support at 888-374-8267.

Some of the documents that the Trustee is requesting do not apply to me and I cannot provide them. Can my meeting go forward?

If you do not have paystubs because you are unemployed or tax returns because you do not file taxes, please provide any documentation that applies to your personal situation and provide an explanation to the Trustee at your 341 meeting as to why you could not provide the other requested documents.  Under no circumstance is it acceptable to not provide a form of identification and a Social Security card prior to the 341 meeting. These documents are used to identify you as the Debtor.  If you fail to provide them, your meeting will be rescheduled.

If there are additional questions regarding the meeting that are not covered in the FAQS portion above, please email Yann Geron’s paralegal, Alexis Dreher at: adreher@geronlegaladvisors.com.
