During her 25+ years of experience, Nikki has developed a broad practice that is built on her acute understanding of the complex issues and pressures her clients face while navigating the bankruptcy process. She has significant experience in representing trustees and other fiduciaries, debtors and creditors in all facets of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings, including asset recovery and liquidations, claims review and analysis, settlement negotiations, prosecution and defense of avoidance claims, and bankruptcy-related litigation.

Nikki regularly acts as a liaison between trustees, debtors and creditors on matters concerning bankruptcy estate administration offering guidance and counsel on all aspects of a case from its commencement through closing. She also has experience representing appointed fiduciaries in state court assignments for the benefit of creditors and creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.

Nikki started her career at a bankruptcy boutique that ultimately merged with a national law firm. Currently, Nikki is enjoying her return to a prestigious boutique firm comprised of like-minded attorneys with specialized bankruptcy experience.
